There are a number of events happening in the next few weeks which you may

Wednesday 20 June – Art Show
5.30 - 8.00pm
The TAG Art Gallery, King Edward's Senior School, North Road, Bath, BA2
6HU

The annual exhibition of art produced by King Edward’s Senior School
pupils, features painting, mixed-media, printmaking, sculpture and
photography. Join pupils and staff to enjoy one of the most exciting
exhibitions of Senior School Art KES has experienced to date. This is an
open invitation event.

Wednesday 20 June - Grand Charity Concert

Charity music concert by music staff and friends takes place on Wednesday
at 7.30pm in the Junior School.

The concert includes: Edwardian Ensemble, Sylfanome Quintet, Assorted
pianists, Zephyrian Woodwind Orchestra

Tickets cost £5 for adults and £2 for children and are available from
the Senior School Box Office on Tel: 01225 464313.

Friday 22 June - Auction of Promises
Pupils due to go to New Zealand on this Summers Sports Tour will be having
an Auction of Promises on Friday 22nd June at 7.30pm in the Winter
Pavillion at Bathampton Playing Fields. If you would like to put in a bid
for any of the items you can view them on the KES website on
www.kesbath.com.

Saturday 23 June - Summer Fair

Come and enjoy lots of games and fun. Traditional activities start at
12pm

Skateboarding 10 – 4pm
Skateboarding with a team of pro skaters between 10 – 4pm. This is a
great chance to learn about skateboarding and for existing skateboarders
to improve your skills. Ben Nordberg and a team of pro skaters will be
organising training and there will be some competitions during the day as
well as an impressive demonstration of skateboarding from the pro skaters.
This event will be in the Rutherford Sports Hall at the Senior School.

Drama Year 7 11 – 12.15pm and Year 8 12.30 – 1.45pm
There will be an opportunity to see Year 7 plays, the best from each
class, between 11 – 12.15pm and the Year 8 plays, the best from each
class, will be on from 12.30 – 1.45pm. This event will be in the Drama
Studio at the Senior School.
