ST JAMES’S SQUARE GARDENS (by kind permission of St James’s Square Bath Ltd) 6.30pm to 8.00pm (subject to weather) Wine, soft drinks and canape?s will be served.

Tickets (price £10 per person) can be purchased by members from Ms Xiaochen Zhu (FoBRA Events Coordinator) by sending a cheque made out to “FoBRA” to her at Osborne House SH1.02.3, University of Bath, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 6DR, enclosing the completed form below and a stamped, addressed envelope not smaller than 160x110mm.

Shade or shelter may be required. If any applicant owns a large tent or gazebo and would be prepared to assist by erecting it in St James’s Square for the event would he or she please contact the Secretary (Robin Kerr – 01225 311549) or the Events Coordinator (Xiaochen Zhu - 07576 204715) If heavy rain falls beforehand, the event may have to be abandoned. In that case, ticket holders will be contacted and money refunded.
