"A very nice lady called Antoinette knocked on our door yesterday. A week or so ago, just as they were leaving to go on holiday they found a Bath stone Sphere wedged between their car bumper and the road. Being in a rush to catch a plane they left it in their garden. It probably came from higher is the hill - it's heavy - and was most likely hi-jacked by students.

She asked if we could post a notice on the Web site, as these old carved
stone ornaments are quite valuable, so if anyone is missing a sphere they can call:
